Operations Manager – Exciting QSR Brand – £55K + Benefits

Role: Operations Manager
Location: Midlands-based (with oversight of sites in the Northeast and London)
Salary: Up to £55K + Benefits

My client is an exciting and rapidly growing QSR brand with a stellar reputation for quality and service.

They are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and directly manage 8 sites across the Midlands, Northeast, and London. The majority of the sites are Midlands-based, with additional responsibility for supporting select franchise locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join a dynamic company, driving operational excellence while contributing to the development and growth of the brand.

Responsibilities Include:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations across 8 company-owned sites, ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards.
* Support and advise franchise locations to maintain alignment with company policies.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and team performance.
* Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to site managers.
* Monitor P&L performance and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue generation.
* Ensure all sites adhere to health & safety and food safety regulations.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of key site-level staff.
* Conduct regular site visits to build relationships and maintain visibility.

The Ideal Operations Manager Candidate:

* A proven track record in multi-site management within QSR, hospitality, or foodservice.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
* Analytical mindset with experience managing P&L and delivering on KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Passionate about food, service, and delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Flexibility to travel regularly between locations, with a Midlands base preferred.
