  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and ensure all business procedures are in line with company standards.
  • Organise team schedules, workflows and projects to maximise productivity.
  • Implement office policies and procedures, and ensure staff adherence to these.
  • Manage office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Handle external communication, correspondence, and queries.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging work environment.


A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A degree or qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
