The Private Client Solicitor will be involved in the following:
- Providing legal advice to vulnerable clients.
- Court of Protection matters.
- Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Management of financial affairs for vulnerable clients.
- Managing a varied workload.
- Participating in business development activities.
Profile
The successful Private Client Solicitor should:
- Be NQ – 2 years PQE
- Have strong knowledge of this area of law.
- Be passionate about protecting and helping vulnerable adults.
- Be able to deal with sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Have exceptional communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Be willing to get involved in business development activities.
