£32,000 – £36,000

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Newton Abbot Area!
With no day ever being the same the Night Shift Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance or the production line and supervising the team of 12 engineers ensuring all KPIs are met
- Write and implement production schedules, plans and strategies in line with the companies KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring all staff in your team
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly following all health and safety measures and protocols
- Promote all continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Man management / supervisory experience – able to give feedback and deliver training and mentoring to staff
- Experience creating and implementing production plans
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience carrying out TPM Audits, accident reports and risk audits
- Lead / 5S / 8D / Continuous improvement experience
