Description

  • Welcome and direct visitors appropriately in the healthcare setting.
  • Manage telephone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries.
  • Provide basic information to visitors about the healthcare institution.
  • Handle booking and scheduling of appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Support with administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • 2-3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Preferably have background in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
