Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Telford
3 Shift Rotational –
Week 1 – Sunday 11.00pm to 6.00am Monday to Thursday 10.00pm to 6.00am
Week 2 – Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.00pm Friday 1.00pm to 8.00pm
Week 3 – Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm Friday 6.00am to 1.00pm
Salary – £37,039 + 20% shift allowance

The ideal candidate will have ideally come from a FMCG background working within a similar role. You will be ensuring all production lines are achieving quality, production output and productivity targets are achieved.

Role Description
- Ensuring all machinery breakdowns are responded to quickly and efficiently.
- Fault finding
- Working closely with the Production team ensuring productivity performance
- Carrying out improvement work and modifications to improve the overall line efficiency
- Investigate, propose and apply continuous process improvements
- Help train and mentor operators and junior members of the team when needed
Skills and Qualifications
- HNC or NVQ4 in an Engineering function
- Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification
- Supervisory experience (advantageous)
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience working within FMCG, automotive or similar environments.
