Excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation Solicitor to join a friendly and successful law firm with a strong market presence in the Plymouth market.
Their Dispute Resolution and Litigation team undertakes a broad range of civil litigation work, but this role will predominately focus on property litigation matters.
The successful candidate can expect a broad and varied range of property related matters, to include, but not limited to, a wide range of landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, business lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), development disputes, possession actions, trespass and squatter actions.
The successful candidate will be at least 2+ years’ PQE and demonstrate a strong knowledge of civil litigation work. Dependent on experience and for the more senior candidate, this hire can be considered at senior associate or salaried partner level
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of independently running your own caseload and be able to develop great client relationships.
You will be joining a firm who are established in the local market and have an existing client base. There is a great salary on offer, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
You will be based from the Plymouth office, however, this firm offer flexible hybrid working so you can expect a mix of office and home working.
