Litigation Solicitor
Location: Devon and Somerset
This established Litigation team are looking for a driven experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join one of their offices which are either Taunton, Crewkerne, Tiverton, Exeter, Honiton, or Exmouth.
The ideal lawyer will have demonstratable experience of managing a varied case load of litigated matters, have strong technical knowledge of the CPR and the ability to manage a case load with minimal supervision. You’ll have prior experience of business development and an interest in being involved in this.
In this role you would manage a varied civil litigation case load. Examples include property disputes, landlord-tenant, contract disputes, commercial issues and employment matters.
This role presents the opportunity to work closely with a well-established team, with leading partners within a firm that is growing due to continued client wins.
