Job Title: Leveraged Finance Lawyer

Join a prestigious global law firm in the heart of London’s financial district as part of their renowned Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team. They are seeking a highly skilled professional with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to enhance their dynamic Banking and Loan Finance group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, exceptional written communication and drafting skills, and a proven track record in acquisition and leveraged finance. Responsibilities include advising both lenders and borrowers on a variety of transactions, such as private equity-sponsored management buyouts, corporate acquisitions, and public bids.
This role offers the opportunity to manage an independent caseload, mentor junior team members, and engage in sponsor-side mandates due to recent strategic hires.
