Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer – Bristol

Our client is a top 100 and leading commercial law firm specialising in sectors such as construction, energy, higher education, housing, health, and financial services.

They are now seeking a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join their Commercial & Infrastructure team. In this newly created role, you can expect to collaborate with their knowledge Director to drive innovation, enhance client engagement, and optimise legal processes.

Key areas of responsibility are:

  • Lead innovation projects within the department, leveraging technology and expertise to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver knowledge-based client products, including portals and digital tools.
  • Collaborate on horizon scanning initiatives to identify trends and create value-added offerings for clients.
  • Oversee legal training, risk management resources, and promote knowledge-sharing culture.

To be considered for this exceptional role you will have 6+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial transactions, either in private practice or in-house. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and a passion for legal technology and innovation is essential.

Whilst this role is based in their Bristol office they offer flexible hybrid working arrangements and you can expect a blend of office and home working.
