Description

As an iTrent Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising the clients iTrent HR and payroll system. You will work closely with our HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for iTrent users across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements to improve HR processes and user experience.
  • Conduct regular system audits and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Deliver training and support to HR staff and end-users on iTrent functionalities and best practices.

Profile

  • Proven experience with iTrent HR and payroll system, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with system integration and data management.

Job Offer

  • 6 month contract
  • £250 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Lincoln based (hybrid working offered)
