Description
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Tracking and analysing forthcoming private capital legal, regulatory and compliance related developments.
- Supporting production of bespoke legal and regulatory developments briefings/updates for key clients.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of training programmes on private capital legislation issues.
- Working with the Firm’s thought leadership board on firm wide campaigns.
Profile
A qualified lawyer with extensive experience experience working with private capital/private credit entities.
