Description

  • Provide specialist property law advice to support charitable activities.
  • Handling, residential and commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, lease extensions and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of developments in property law relevant to the not-for-profit sector.
  • Support the drafting and negotiation of property agreements.
  • Deliver presentations and training to internal stakeholders on property law topics.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful Interim Property Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor or equivalent.
  • Sound experience within residential and commercial property law.
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit or charities sector is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage a diverse workload.
