A London Education Institution are looking for an Interim HR Officer to join on an immediate basis, with the opportunity to go permanent. The role is based in London, offering 1 day working from home.

An Interim HR Officer to:

– Support the organisation with TUPE process and ensure transition of contracts and employee data onto the new HRIS

– Act as a HR Generalist to support the school

– Act as the first point of contact

– Support the wider regional HR Team with any recruitment activity and vetting checks

– Lead onboarding for new starts

– Review the current HR policies and processes: ensuring improvements to the HR function

– Responsible for implementing variations to contracts and changes within the employee lifecycle

– Implement processes and procures

– Ensure the HRIS is kept up to date

– Focus on operational and transactional activity

– Work in collaboration to the trusts wider HR Team

– Ensure the SCR is kept up to date

– Manage administrative activities


A Interim HR Officer with:

– HR Generalist and recruitment experience

– Education Experience Desirable

– NFP background essential

– Immediate Start

– Enhanced DBS desirable
