Description
A Interim HR Manager:
– Lead the full employee lifecycle as a HR Manager
– Drive forward the diversity and inclusion agenda and initiatives. Look at a previous audit report to implement any new initiatives and gaining accreditation’s
– Drive forward an D&I accreditation’s
– Review and implement the staff survey results
– Focus on overall improvements for the function
– Lead on any learning and development initiatives and focus on improving their overall offering
– Work with a wider HR team and work in an autonomous and collaborative manner
– Ensure the DEI policy are up to date and implemented effectively
– Potential to go permanent
Profile
A Interim HR Manager with:
– Previous experience working in a charity essential
– Previous HR Generalist or manager level experience with a focus on projects
– Ability to start from November

£45-50,000 per annum day rate equivalent
