As an Interim HR Advisor, you’ll hold a key role in delivering HR support and guidance across a number of sites, ensuring swift resolution of all people-related issues.

Client Details

My client are a leading organisation who operate in the Healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse range of HR and ER matters, in collaboration with external ER advisory support
  • Management of a varied portfolio of ER casework, and taking the lead on more complex cases
  • Offer advice, coaching, and guidance on all HR matters
  • Build strong relationships with site managers and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of people policies and procedures
  • Ensure alignment with legislative requirements
  • Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives
  • Drive HR compliance matters across the organisation


  • Must be CIPD qualified
  • Strong background in ER casework
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Hybrid working role – mainly home-based with occasional travel to some sites

Job Offer

  • Up to £175 per day
  • Hybrid working – 60% home-based, 40% site-based (regional)
  • Temporary/ Interim role for 6 months
