Description
An Interim HR Advisor to:
– Manage the full employee lifecycle with the collaboration of the wider HR Team
– Be the first POC for your client area, ensuring comprehensive advice on full employee lifecycle matters
– Support in the delivery of the HR strategy
– Support on employee relation case work, including sickness absence and investigation support
– Coach and advise managers on HR best practice, mitigating risk where required
– Recruitment: lead on recruitment campaigns from writing adverts, through to offer letters and contracts
– Ensure the SCR (single central register) is kept up to date
– Manage learning and development activity, such as training needs analysis, coordinate training and provide inductions to new starters
– Ensure candidates are compliance and correct documentation is gathered
– Review and update policies / processes
– Report HR Data accordingly
– Lead the appraisal process
Profile
A Interim HR Advisor with:
– Previous education experience desirable but open to commercial background
– Strong written communication
– Previous experience operating in a HR Generalist capacity
– Previous experience of coaching and advising managers
– Previous experience working in a fast pace environment
Job Offer
Interim HR Advisor

£42-45,000 per annum – day rate equivalent
