A well-recognised charity in London, are looking for an Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion. The role is for an initial 12 months. The role is based in London, offering hybrid and flexible working.

Description

An Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion to:

– Full reset of the DEI function

– Complete a full DEI audit of the organisation, providing recommendations and improvements

– Develop and implement an DEI strategy

– Look at re-establishing employee network groups, realigning the governance and framework

– Lead a small EDI team, to coach and upskill them

– Lead on implementing a variety of initiatives and establishing frameworks

– Lead on the strategic side, whilst supporting an operational team

– Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Profile

A Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion with:

– Experience working in the private sector essential

– Experience of leading a variety of DEI audits or establishing a function

– Previous experience working in a strategic capacity with strong deliverable and execution ability

– Experience of working a matrix organisation

Job Offer

Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion

Hybrid Working – 1 day a week in London

Based in London

£85-90,000 per annum

Start date – within a month
