Description
The role involves developing Workday integrations with other systems like Payroll, Workforce Management, HR, and internal tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday Integration solutions using tools like Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- Participating in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support for integration efforts.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensuring alignment of development activities with business goals, scope, schedule, and priorities.
- Collaborating with the team to establish best practices for integration services.
- Working with internal and external technical experts to implement solutions.
- Maintaining detailed documentation for integration processes, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.
