Overview
We are assisting this highly rated law firm in their search for an insolvency solicitor with atleast 4 years’ PQE. This insolvency solicitor will be based from the Bournemouth office for this L500 listed team.
You will be working on a varied insolvency caseload for a range of clients to include insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors and stakeholders.
This busy and varied caseload will include the full range of contentious insolvency work for insolvency practitioners, lenders & financial institutions, companies, directors, creditors and stakeholders.
You will have atleast 4 years’ experience of non contentious restructuring and insolvency with a reputable firm.
This is an exciting role as you will be working directly for the partner in the team and have some direct exposure to high quality work.
