Infrastructure Finance Associate – 4 pqe
This Tier 1 infrastructure finance team is looking to hire an infrastructure acquisition finance lawyer with c. 4 yrs pqe gained at a major international law firm.
The Infrastructure Finance team handles a mix of acquisition, project and fund finance for major infrastructure projects across energy, utilities, transport and healthcare.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic and professional pedigree and can expect a diet of top quality work advising a range global financial institutions and infrastructure funds on the financing of infrastructure assets.
Applications are welcome from Antipodean lawyers with relevant experience gained at Tier 1 law firms.
