JOB Title: Incentives Lawyer (0-3 PQE)

SALARY: From £140,000 + Bonus
A top-tier global law firm is seeking a technically strong and ambitious individual to join its esteemed Incentives practice as an Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions and provide innovative solutions to a diverse client base. The Incentives team, part of the broader Pensions, Employment, and Incentives group, advises on a wide range of matters, including executive remuneration, equity-based incentive arrangements, and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will have trained with a top-tier international or city law firm and possess a strong academic background. An interest in pursuing a career as an incentives lawyer is essential. Ideally, candidates will have some trainee or post-qualification experience in incentives. However, candidates with primary experience in corporate/private equity work who wish to focus on management incentivisation are also encouraged to apply. Flexibility, resilience under pressure, and outstanding client relationship skills are essential.
