Job Title: Human Resources Director Luxury Hotel
Location: Rome, Italy
Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 gross per annum
This Luxurious and well established hotel located in the beautiful city of Rome is looking for a Human resources Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and compliance, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service. The HR Director will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, developing staff, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment and onboarding for all hotel departments
* Manage employee relations, performance, and development programs
* Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and hotel policies
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel goals
* Cultivate a positive, service-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR leadership in luxury hospitality
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Italian and English is required
