I’m working exclusively with a Leading Global Organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. In this HR Business Partnering role where you will work strategically with the Senior Leadership team to drive the people agenda and support on the full lifecycle activities, including recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.

Description

As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR team to develop, shape and deliver HR plans and solutions. You will provide advice and support to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle including; recruitment and selection, on boarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, talent management and succession planning and engagement and well being.

Profile

The right HR Business Partner will ideally be:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience working within a complex, matrix organisation
  • HR Business Partner with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous experience within an Technical/Engineering environment
  • Experience of developing and managing change projects and programmes
  • Champion Equity and Inclusion, therefore previous experience of promoting inclusive practices is essential.
  • Commercially focused
