Description
- Support the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation
- Assist in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary and grievances upto tribunals and appeals.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Promote equality and diversity within the workplace
Profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer focused people advisor service.
If you have education or NHS experience this would be ideal, but not essential.
You must be CIPD to a minimum of level 5 (or working towards level 5) or hold the equivalent level of experience.
Job Offer
· An excellent salary package £33,900 – £37,000 DOE.
