Key responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to customers, ensuring their safety and well being.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to help customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety policies.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
