Key responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to customers, ensuring their safety and well being.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety policies.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
