Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Bristol
Chadwick Nott have been instructed by a national law firm who are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly ranked Asset Management team.
This role can be based in either Cardiff or Bristol with a blend of office and home working, requiring you to attend the office just once a week.
This Legal 500 and Chambers rated Housing Management team has been one of the fastest-growing teams within the firm over the past decade, acting for Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
The successful candidate will be advising and representing social landlords on a variety of housing disrepair matters. You can expect to defend litigated housing condition claims and will be experienced in drafting defences, preparing witness statements, and progressing matters through to trial.
To be considered you will have at least 3 PQE with demonstrated experience in a housing disrepair work and the ability to independently manage a busy diverse caseload. Whilst advocacy experience is not essential, it would be an advantage.
