Overview

We’re recruiting a Hospitality & Events Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team within a busy central production environment in London. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing food production for workplace catering, events and delivery services. It’s an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef who enjoys pace, scale and variety, while maintaining high standards across multiple service streams.

The role is predominantly production-based, with occasional on-site event delivery all over London.

The role

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a central production kitchen, delivering food for hospitality, events and delivered services.
  • Oversee high-volume production while maintaining quality, consistency and presentation.
  • Manage food safety, health & safety and allergen compliance across the kitchen operation.
  • Control ordering, stock management and food costs in line with budgets and targets.
  • Support on-site events and client deliveries as required.

  • Fresh, quality-led food produced at scale.
  • Workplace catering, events and hospitality menus.
  • Innovative, seasonal and commercially focused dishes.

The offer

  • £50,000 to £52,000 per annum
  • Predominantly Day Time Hours!
  • 5 out of 7 days, with the expectation to work some weekends.

The Hosptialty & Events Head Chef

  • Proven experience in a Head Chef with Hospitality/Event experience, or ideally within a CPU or high-volume production setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles
