Our client is a highly profitable Central London boutique who have particular strengths within the technology, music, sports and creative sectors.
They currently have practices spanning across corporate, commercial, employment, and dispute resolution and the area they are missing is real estate.
The nature of their client base means that they have a significant number of high-profile individuals and celebrities that they act for and who are making investments and undertaking transactions in both commercial and residential property but who currently have this work serviced by other firms.
This opportunity suits an existing real estate partner or small team with a commercial and/or residential property focus who has their own practice and is looking to further develop this by tapping into the firms’ network and relationships.
