Head Chef, Sporting Venue, Berkshire, £45k + Package
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary team at this fantastic Sporting Venue who offer diverse and exciting events all year round. As Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to guests across various events and retail food outlets, from events to private functions, corporate gatherings and casual dining.

Skills and Experience of a Head Chef
* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef from a large events venue background or multi faceted hotel
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and stock
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
