Description
- Producing accurate financial statements and management accounts in line with IFRS/UK GAAP standards.
- Leading the preparation for year-end audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to drive process improvements and financial efficiencies.
- Supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects and supporting senior management with key decision-making.
Profile

This role is designed for a driven and ambitious first-time mover from practice, ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. To thrive in this environment, you should have:
- A solid background in audit with exposure to a variety of clients and industries.
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on IFRS and UK GAAP.
- A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team.
- The desire to grow and progress in a fast-paced, innovative company.
Job Offer
