We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented Finance Operations Manager to lead our Accounting & Finance team within the not-for-profit sector.

Client Details

Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Sevenoaks are currently seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This role is office based initially.

Description

The duties for the Finance Operations Manager include:

  • Managing and fairly allocating workload to a Finance team of 10
  • Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Reviewing, implementing and improving financial policies and procedures
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level
  • Play a key role in providing quality provision to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading in updating current Financial software and overseeing various business improvement projects such as going paperless

Profile

The successful Finance Operations Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE
  • Proven experience in Financial Operational Management and reporting
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
