The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department, the role requires a diligent individual to manage financial operations and aid in strategic business decisions.

  • Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identify trends and challenge the business on performance
  • Partnering with other key areas of the business providing meaningful MI for use in financial reporting and forecasting
  • Prepare and present monthly management information packs including budgets, forecasts and financial plans
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop annual business plans, including appropriate performance targets and metrics
  • Continually develop site KPI reporting, providing information and support to meet targets and improve performance
  • Implement financial policies and procedures to optimise operations
  • Assist the Head of Finance and Financial Controller with the production new projects
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategy.


A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role Management Accounts and Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
