Great opportunity for a junior finance lawyer with a well-rounded background in banking/finance to join this international law firm.
The 7 partner finance team handles a broad mix of of finance work including real estate finance and corporate and FinTech lending, advising lenders and borrowers -on deals in the £10m to £100m bracket.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic and professional pedigree and someone who is already actively involved in drafting bespoke documentation and negotiations.
