Client Details

You will be responsible for managing the company invoicing and reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing figures as well as the ability to problem solve and identify new processes.

Description

As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • End to end processing of purchase ledger invoices
  • Producing reports
  • Problem solve and investigate queries
  • Match invoices to nominal codes and upload to the system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Month end duties and tasks
  • Assisting with budgets and forecasts
  • Competent user of Excel

Profile

Experienced required to be successful as the Finance Administrator:

  • Varied background in finance
  • Good eye for detail and enjoy query resolution
  • experience with budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
