New Temp-Perm position for a Finance Administrator in Gatwick.

Description

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Process payments, track expenses, and monitor budgets.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related matters.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Profile

  • Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but not essential.
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree
