Description
The Family Solicitor will be involved in the following:
- Manage a diverse caseload including divorce, separation and children matters.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Participate in business development and marketing activities to grow the family law department.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
Profile
The successful Family Solicitor should have:
- 1+ years PQE
- Experience managing a caseload of family law matters.
- Strong knowledge of family law and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
