An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance for mixed use portfolio(Residential,Commercial and retail).

Our client is a Commercial and Residential property consultantcy based in the City of London.

Description

You will be responsible for overseeing all hard/soft services as well as all compliance related matters also taking part in the development and implementation of the client’s strategies.

  • Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility
  • Overseeing the Helath and safety and all compliance for the portfolio.
  • Implementing effective strategies for optimal facility management
  • Budget management,SLAS, KPIS
  • Managing facility improvements and renovations
  • Coordinating with external contractors and service providers

Profile

  • Background in facilities management
  • Experience in managing residential/commercial and retail
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • IWFM
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Understanding of CAFM or similar systems
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong understanding of all hard/soft and M&E services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder relationships
