The ideal candidate will manage the housekeeping team, ensuring spotless guest rooms and public areas, while overseeing inventory and budgets. Skills and Experience
* Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership HK role within a luxury hotel or resort
* Caribbean experience
* All-inclusive, high volume resort experience an asset
* Deep understanding of luxury service standards, including meticulous attention to detail in maintaining guest rooms and public areas
* Strong background in managing housekeeping budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment
