Overview
Well established regional firm has a senior vacancy in their Employment Department.
The employment team features in the top tier of legal directories and are based in South Buckinghamshire. You will have 10+ years’ PQE and experience with handling fast paced and demanding medium to large corporate clients. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own caseload and working on the Partner’s cases from time to time
- Dealing with TUPE, restructures, employee relations, changing terms and conditions and IR35
- Supervising junior team members
- Developing new work from existing clients
- Supporting marketing initiatives
