Description

As an interim Employment Solicitor;

  • Providing professional employment law advice to a variety of clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law changes and regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to manage caseloads effectively
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Attending client meetings and court hearings when required
  • Supporting the development of junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal regulations
  • Contributing to the wider professional services team as necessary

Profile

A successful employment solicitor should have:

  • An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
  • Practical experience in a professional services environment, particularly in employment law
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure
