Description
As an interim Employment Solicitor;
- Providing professional employment law advice to a variety of clients
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law changes and regulations
- Collaborating with the team to manage caseloads effectively
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Attending client meetings and court hearings when required
- Supporting the development of junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal regulations
- Contributing to the wider professional services team as necessary
Profile
A successful employment solicitor should have:
- An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Practical experience in a professional services environment, particularly in employment law
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure
