Employment Solicitor
Location: Bournemouth

This Legal 500 ranked firm in Bournemouth is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team.

Within this role you would be working closely with the corporate and commercial teams ensuring that the firm provides a fantastic all-round service to it’s clients.

Here you would be responsible for a mainly non contentious case load of employment matters relating to all aspects of employment law.

Some examples of typical daily tasks would be brining and defending employment claims, providing bespoke advice to existing clients as well as conducting business development to grow the client base further, drafting and reviewing employment documentation such as contracts of employment, settlement agreements and HR policies. You would also be advising on a wide range of employment matters such as discrimination and termination issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and a fantastic understanding of employment law and tribunal process.

Salary: £40000 – £60000 per annum
