Employment Paralegal – Bristol/Remote
Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well-established national law firm.
Our client is a dynamic national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Employment team in Bristol or on a fully remote basis.
The role will involve running a caseload of Employment Tribunal files and support the existing Employment team with non-contentious work. The work will mainly be claimant tribunal litigation, with the potential to assist on respondent litigation work too. Duties will include:
- Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary;
- Complying with service level agreements;
- Supporting other members of the team in running their caseloads
To be considered, you must have employment law case handling experience with the ability to run your own caseload.
On offer is a competitive salary (of up to £32,000) and an attractive benefits package. They also operate a hybrid working policy where you will be able to do a mixture of office and remote working or for someone with the right experience, this could also be fully remote.
