Disputes Resolution Partner – Bristol
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Partner to join a reputable law firm in Bristol. As a key member of the dispute resolution team, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our dispute resolution practice and work with a successful and experience team of disputes lawyers.
Role:
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Dispute Resolution practice, including resource allocation, case management, and team supervision.
- Across varied sectors, you will manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and contentious insolvency cases.
- Varied client base from multi national corporations to start up businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing sound legal advice and innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the firm.
- Actively participating in business development activities, such as attending industry events, hosting seminars, and nurturing existing client relationships while cultivating new opportunities
- Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver integrated legal services and cross-referrals.
Qualifications:
- You will have atleast 8 years’ PQE in dispute resolution within a reputable law firm.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of dispute resolution matters, with a focus on delivering commercially viable solutions for clients.
- Be comfortable with acting as the leading lawyer on complex and high value matters.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a keen interest in contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the firm.
