Description
- Manage and lead design to ensure project success
- Coordinate with various departments to align design and construction processes
- Implement and oversee design standards and protocols
- Ensure designs meet regulatory compliance
- Provide design input on construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Profile
A successful Design Manager should have:
- A degree in Design, Construction, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in the house building or affordable homes sector
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Excellent understanding of design and construction processes
- Knowledge of design software and technologies
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Offer
