The Customer Service Coordinator duties and responsibilities are

  • Manage and coordinate logistical operations within the retail sector.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain stock control, ensuring inventory accuracy.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Organise transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
