Job Role: Customer Care Account Manager
Location: Normanton – Wakefield
Type: Full time, 40 hours
Salary: £24k – £30k Plus generous bonus scheme – monthly payment
Working hours- Between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Our lovely client based in Normanton, Wakefield are looking for a self-motivated team player who is passionate about their work to join their head office as a customer care account manager.
Duties:

  • Ensuring the customer’s needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectations
  • To work as part of the Sales team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes
  • Having the ability to spot opportunities for up selling and cross selling to other areas of the business
Essential Requirements:
  • You will be a self-motivated team player who is passionate about their work with a “can do” attitude
  • Must have a “hands on” approach as the working day will be varied
  • Will have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be enthusiastic and hardworking
  • Experience within the environmental, waste or chemical industry would be an advantage but not necessarily essential to the right candidate

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
