Court of Protection Solicitor – Bristol
Our client is a large regional firm who have multiple offices across the South West – they are looking to hire into the Court of Protection team. They are looking for a Court of Protection solicitor to join their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts, personal injury trusts and applications to the Court of Protection.
You will be a qualified solicitor who has had atleast 3 years’ PQE in Court of Protection from a reputable firm. This may be standalone experience or as part of a wider private client caseload. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection.
There is an excellent salary and benefits package on offer dependant on experience.
