Job title: Court of Protection, Southampton
Salary: £64,000-£75,000+
PQE Level 5+ PQE

Our client, a highly regarded and well-established firm, based in the South East with an enviable national client base, are looking for an experienced solicitor with a proven track record to join their Court of Protection team. Working closely with the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team you will be taking on a full case load and working alongside the lead partner in this wide and varied practice area. The firm are regional specialists for Court of Protection matters with a great reputation in this field. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4 year experience and ideally come with a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence background.

To be considered for this role you will:
- Have five years minimum of complex Court of Protection experience.
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
