Description
- Leading and managing the finance team.
- Conducting cost analyses and preparing budget reports.
- Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinating with the financial controller to define financial strategy and policy.
- Conducting risk assessments and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Preparing financial statements for internal and external use.
- Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Profile
A successful Costing Accountant should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
